Job summary

PERSOL TECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a PMO professional to support project managers, manage staff and vendor inventories, and coordinate procurement activities.

The role involves ensuring accurate staff representation in MOS/Systems and assisting with monthly performance reviews. Responsibilities include tracking memos, SOWs, POs, vendor payments and contract documentation, along with data collection for forecasting and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Degree holder from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of PMO experience in Financial Domain IT.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Project Managers on project requirements.
• Maintain Perm, Temp and Vendor resource inventory.
• Ensure staff reflected correctly in MOS/Systems.
• Assist program manager with monthly task allocation and performance reviews.
• Track Temp and Vendor expiry and renewals.
• Track On-boarding / Off boarding etc.
• Time-sheet assignment.
• Track Memos, SOW, Procurement records.
• PO Tracking & Cost Management.
• Vendor payment tracking.
• Filing contract documents.
• Coordinate info collection and submission (e.g. seating forecast, aging vendor payment, Analytics, Budgeting, Performance Management).
• Data Analysis and Reporting to Program Manager on an as needed basis.
• Customize company sales deck and presentations as required
