Job summary

Riskdata Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Project Analyst to support PMO activities across technology and business projects.

You will assist in tracking, governance, financial management, resource coordination, vendor management and reporting. You will collaborate with Project Managers, business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure projects are monitored and delivered on time, within budget and within scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Project Analysis or Project Coordination.
• Strong experience in project tracking, governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in project financial management, including budget tracking and invoice management.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and monitoring vendor deliverables and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO activities across technology and business projects.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and key activities.
• Monitor project progress against scope, schedule and objectives.
• Maintain project plans, action trackers and schedules.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues and dependencies.
