• Interpret data and translate findings into practical and actionable operational improvements.
• Break down business and operational problems logically to identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with different business functions and relevant teams to resolve operational issues.
• Understand how internal systems, data and processes work together to support business operations.
• Coordinate with technical and relevant internal teams when system or data-related support is required.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and operational initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Support business projects from planning and analysis through implementation.
• Prepare operational reports, analysis and updates for internal stakeholders.
• Perform other business operations-related duties and projects as assigned.
