Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ relevant experience in finance or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end resource processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding with hiring and line managers in Workday.
• Track and report contingent worker contracts and access.
• Maintain records of resources across departments and budgets.
• Generate monthly and ad hoc reports on headcount and budgets.
• Support audit-related requests and compliance activities.
• Drive process improvements and automation for onboarding/offboarding.
• Oversee facilities logistics and office seating plans.
