About the Role: As an Operation Manager, you have the pivotal role in executing our retail business strategies with an eye for details in delivering exemplary results. Reporting to the General Manager, you will join a team of operation managers tasked to lead a group of area managers in delivering customer centric experience, driving sales growth and optimizing group’s operation efficiency.

Our current office is located in Aljunied area. Candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way (Near Woodlands/Sembawang) around early 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Operations:
  • Lead and support area managers in executing company’s business objectives in retail operations
  • Champion in outlets consistency in food safety / quality / service / cleanliness in accord to company SOP guidelines
  • Analytical mind in digesting reports on key metrics to identify issues and make decisions on improvements on operations and sales efficiency
  • Key HQ to floor message custodian leading team of area managers in translating clear, precise, understandable information, objectives and directives to all levels
  • Steward in all operation matters in ensuring outlets are being managed responsibly, fairly and integrity.
Customer Experiences:
  • Lead a team of area managers to respond to customers feedback/complains and service recovery procedures.
  • Champion service excellence through inspiring, mentoring by conducting frequent training sessions
Team Leadership:
  • Identify & recommend potential candidates for future leadership development
  • Conduct annual work performance review for area managers and their store managers
  • Primary purveyor on positive, inclusive and conducive work safety environment for all frontline colleagues
  • As the go-between pillar in delivering company messages and employees, clear understanding of the ground, retail trends and manpower issues with exceptional EQ and ability of articulation is what stood you out of the crowd
Environment Management:
  • Maintain cohesive working relation with various landlord operations team within your spear of control zones to deliver company’s objectives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years senior operation management experience in a Singapore based reputable F&B chain store (10 outlets or more) with proven track record in retail F&B sales operation excellence
  • Minimum diploma in any commercial discipline from recognized education institutions
  • Proficiency in MS excel, word and power-point is a MUST
  • An analytical mind with strong ability in crunching data to translate into an actionable operation plan. Strong understanding of the TC/AC fundamentals
  • Strong people handling skills. Logical thinking, articulate and ability to communicate your views and plans with all stakeholders at all levels
  • Determined drive to complete tasks on hand and influence team members to follow
  • Independent, resolved and prepared to step up as a multi-brands business unit manager in near future
