A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an Operations Support role to ensure smooth business operations, coordinate with various partners, and handle documentation. Candidates should possess at least a diploma in operations or administration, have good organisational skills, and be able to work both independently and in a team. Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners.
Handle operational documentation, records, and basic reporting.
Assist in scheduling, tracking orders, and monitoring workflow progress.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate operational records.
Support ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by the management.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational guidelines.
Minimum diploma or relevant working experience in operations or administration.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email).
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Prior operations or administrative experience will be an advantage.
