Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Operations Manager to oversee our daily business operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in financial analysis or business management to optimize our operational costs and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth execution of company standards and service excellence.
  2. Financial Management & P&L Analysis: Monitor and analyze the Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for the outlets. Utilize financial data to identify trends, manage cash flow, and forecast operational budgets.
  3. Cost Control Strategy: Implement effective cost-control measures regarding inventory, manpower, and overheads without compromising service quality.
  4. Performance Optimization: Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce wastage.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure supply chain efficiency.
  6. Team Management: Lead and train the operational team, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations management or business analysis.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial statements and operational data.
  • Proven track record in budgeting, cost management, and process improvement.
