Job summary

Helpling APAC in Singapore seeks an organised Operations Intern to support process documentation, SOP updates, and operational reporting. You will assist in reviewing processes, documenting guidelines, and implementing simple automations to improve efficiency.

The role offers hands-on exposure to provider success, training, and performance metrics. You will work with teams to analyze data, standardise workflows, and contribute to ongoing improvements with guidance from the team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Operations, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel with formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
• Clear written and verbal communication, structured information presentation.
• Analytical thinker who can solve practical problems.
• Proactive, asks questions, takes initiative with guidance.
• Familiarity with automation or data visualisation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review operational processes across Provider Success and Training teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document and update SOPs, process guides and checklists for consistency.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and simple automations to boost efficiency.
• Consolidate and organise operational data across systems to create clearer reports.
• Support monthly performance reviews and reporting on trends and issues.
• Help resolve inaccurate or incomplete data in trackers and reports.
• Prepare documentation and handover materials for updated processes.
