SHOPEE SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a student intern to support the Operations team. You will analyze business performance, consolidate key operational metrics, and assist in generating periodic reports for management review.

You will collect data from databases, create integrated views to drive decision making, and participate in resolving process inefficiencies in shipments and customer escalations. A strong analytical mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree/master in Business Analytics, CS, IS or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Positive, team-player attitude and energy.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business performances and internal processes for improvements to achieve goals.
• Assist in consolidating and reviewing key operational performances and generating periodic performance reports for management.
• Collect data from databases to create integrated views to drive decision making.
• Involvement in operational processes like problem shipment parcels and escalated customer complaints to improve efficiency.
