Job summary

InternSG is seeking an Operations & Finance Intern to support daily operations of the Operations and Supply Chain team, assisting with order fulfilment, inventory management, reporting, and finance administration.

You will gain exposure to process improvement, digitalisation, data analysis, and ERP implementation projects to boost operational efficiency, with hands-on tasks across data entry, dashboards, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, business operations, or data analysis is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, ERP systems, or data visualization tools is advantageous.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Supply Chain support including order processing, inventory tracking, and shipment coordination.
• Assist in daily coordination with warehouse, logistics, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Handle invoice processing, payment tracking, and expense claims.
• Prepare operational reports and inventory analyses.
• Support data entry, validation, and maintenance of records.
• Develop dashboards and simple data visualisations for reporting.
• Assist inventory analysis, forecasting, and process improvement.
• Support ERP implementation activities including data preparation and testing.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Provide administrative and general office support as required.
