• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data and numbers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain internal contact lists, databases, and records for the Sales team.
• Assist in preparing regular sales reports, data tracking, and basic performance analytics.
• Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist with documentation, data entry, coordination, and day-to-day Sales Operations activities.
• Work closely with Sales team to ensure internal information and processes are properly maintained.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
