Job summary

LIT STRATEGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Operations Intern to support day-to-day operations across a portfolio of companies.

This is primarily office-based, with regular travel to meet portfolio companies, suppliers, and partners. You will help with meetings, minutes, documentation, and basic analyses to aid reporting. The role requires an undergraduate or Master’s student graduating in 2026 or later, strong interest in operations, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master’s student graduating in 2026 or later.
• Interest in Business Operations and Administrations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data and documentation.
• Strong written communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for meetings by understanding key topics and information to be communicated.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, document decisions, action items and follow-ups.
• Consolidate information and provide updates to HR and stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports, trackers, and spreadsheets.
• Liaise with portfolio companies, suppliers, vendors, and partners.
• Support general operational and administrative tasks across projects.
