Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive/Assistant Manager for our West Singapore office (Boon Lay). You will coordinate with HQ, manage facilities and logistics, and ensure regulatory compliance to maintain a safe and productive workplace.

Requirements include a Diploma in Business Administration and at least 3 years of experience in factory, warehouse and admin operations, with knowledge of workplace safety practices. Salary SGD 4,000–5,500 monthly.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in factory, warehouse and administrative operations.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices related to office, production and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HQ on operational matters and implement HQ directives.
• Oversee facilities, utilities and workplace conditions.
• Coordinate with logistics partners on shipments and deliveries.
• Assist with regulatory filings and compliance activities.
• Monitor workplace safety and promote safe practices.
• Manage vendor and part-time workforce onboarding and coordination.
• Review vendor invoices and maintain records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
