Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Executive/Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, facilities, and logistics at our West Jalan Tukang location.

You will coordinate with HQ, vendors, and external partners to ensure compliance and efficiency. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in factory, warehouse and admin operations, with strong knowledge of safety practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing factory, warehouse and administrative operations.
• Familiar with production, warehouse and admin operations.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices for office, production and warehouse.
• Diploma in related discipline is required.

• Coordinate with HQ and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
