Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operation Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, facilities, logistics and compliance in our Jalan Tukang office.

You will coordinate with HQ, vendors and departments, manage safety, shipments, and regulatory filings, and support onboarding of part-time staff, ensuring a safe, efficient workplace. Ideal candidates have a diploma in a related field and at least 3 years in factory, warehouse and admin operations, with strong coordination

Qualifications

• Diploma in relevant discipline as preferred
• Minimum 3 years handling factory, warehouse and admin ops
• Knowledge of safety practices for office, production and warehouse
• Experience coordinating with HQ, vendors and service providers

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HQ, departments, vendors and external parties to implement HQ directives
• Oversee facilities, utilities and workplace conditions to ensure a safe, clean environment
• Coordinate with logistics partners on container shipments and deliveries
• Support GST filings with IRAS and NEA regulatory submissions
• Promote and monitor workplace safety among staff, contractors and part-time workers
• Manage onboarding of part-time staff and ensure compliance with safety requirements
• Review vendor invoices and maintain operational records
• Perform other duties as assigned
