Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operation Executive/Assistant Manager to manage daily operations at West Jalan Tukang, Boon Lay. This role supports HQ coordination, facilities upkeep, and logistics while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The position requires a Diploma and at least 3 years of experience in factory, warehouse, and administrative operations, with flexibility to support weekends. Salary is SGD 4,000 to 5,500 per month, reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma as listed in Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HQ on operational matters and implement HQ directives.
• Coordinate with relevant departments, vendors and external parties to support operations.
• Arrange for HQ delegates including accommodation and local transport.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities, utilities and workplace conditions for safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with landlords and service providers on maintenance and tenancy matters.
• Monitor housekeeping, hygiene across the workplace.
• Coordinate with HQ and logistics partners on container shipments and deliveries.
• Liaise with hauliers and vendors for timely clearance and movement of goods.
• Monitor vendor deliveries to meet requirements.
• Assist with regulatory filings including GST with IRAS and NEA submissions.
• Support safety practices and ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.
• Manage coordination with vendors and onboarding of part-time workers.
• Review vendor invoices and maintain operational records.
• Provide administrative and operational support to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
