Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive/Assistant Manager to oversee cross-functional operations at the West Jalan Tukang Boon Lay site. You will coordinate with HQ, vendors and departments to ensure a safe, efficient environment and support logistics and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Diploma in a related field and at least 3 years in factory, warehouse and admin operations, with flexibility for weekend support if needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in factory, warehouse and admin operations.
• Familiar with safety practices in workplace and production.
• Able to coordinate with HQ, vendors and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HQ on operational matters and implement HQ directives.
• Support operations by coordinating with departments, vendors and external parties.
• Arrange accommodation and local transport for HQ delegates.
• Oversee facilities, utilities, hygiene and safety in the workplace.
• Liaise with landlords, vendors and service providers on maintenance and tenancy matters.
• Monitor housekeeping and hygiene across the workplace.
• Coordinate with logistics partners on container shipments and deliveries.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services per requirements.
• Review vendor invoices and maintain operational records.
• Provide administrative and operational support to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
