Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operation Executive/Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations across HQ coordination, facilities, and logistics.

You will work with vendors and internal teams to implement directives and maintain a safe, productive workplace. Based in West Singapore, the role requires hands-on involvement, regulatory awareness including GST filings, and the ability to manage multiple tasks from admin to operations while supporting management and ensuring

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in factory, warehouse and administrative operations.
• Familiar with production, warehouse and admin operations.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices across office, production and warehouse.
• Hands-on work on ground including loading/unloading cargo with ops team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HQ and vendors to implement HQ directives and requirements.
• Support company operations by coordinating with departments, vendors and external parties.
• Assist with HQ delegate arrangements including accommodation and local transport.
• Oversee facilities, utilities and workplace safety to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate with landlords, vendors and service providers on maintenance and tenancy matters.
• Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene across the workplace.
• Coordinate with HQ and logistics partners on container shipments and deliveries.
• Liaise with hauliers to ensure timely clearance, loading/unloading and movement of goods.
• Monitor vendor deliveries and ensure services meet requirements.
• Support GST filings with IRAS and other regulatory submissions with NEA.
• Ensure operational activities comply with regulations and company policies.
• Promote safety practices among employees, contractors and part-time workers.
• Manage day-to-day vendor coordination and onboarding of part-time workers.
• Review vendor invoices and maintain records; provide admin support to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
