Skills Development Academy Pte Ltd seeks an Operations Executive to streamline processes across our training centres and enhance the customer experience. You will oversee daily opening and closing of classes, liaise with vendors, and manage facilities and supplies.

This role emphasizes data-driven decisions using Tableau or Power BI, creating reports and dashboards, and providing analytical support to multiple departments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in administrative, operations, or customer service roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Willing to work in a dynamic education environment; weekend rosters may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening/closing of classes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain facilities and handle procurement of operations supplies.
• Analyze purchasing data to optimize procurement and reduce costs.
• Create reports and dashboards to present data insights to management.
• Collaborate with departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Utilize Tableau/Power BI to visualize complex datasets.
