A leading HR advisory agency in Singapore is seeking an Operation Executive for Airfreight Export to manage MAWB/HAWB execution and monitor export shipments. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience with A.O.G. shipments, be able to work after hours when necessary, and handle high-volume tasks. Competitive salary offered within the range of $3,300 - $4,000.

Job description

Operation Executive – Airfreight Export

• Salary Range: $3,300 – $4,000
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 6PM, 5.25 days (Alt Sat 8.30am to 1pm)
• Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Description:

• Execution of MAWB/HAWB
• Monitoring and following up of export shipment and checking shipment status
• Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent
• Familiar with CCN
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job requirements:

• With relevant experience in handling A.O.G. shipment, willing to standby after office hours on Sat/Sun/PH as and when required
• Able to perform OT hours (if requires)
• Able to cope with high volume of jobs and urgent shipments
