Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive to manage daily airfreight export and import activities at our Jurong East location. The role requires coordinating with airlines, freight forwarders and customs authorities while ensuring timely, compliant shipments.

The position involves preparing shipping documents, monitoring cargo status, and liaising with customers to provide updates. Relevant experience and knowledge of DG handling are advantageous for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in airfreight, freight forwarding, logistics or related field.
• Familiar with airfreight import/export procedures.
• Knowledge of shipping documents, customs requirements and Dangerous Goods handling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily airfreight export and import operations.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs authorities.
• Prepare and check shipping documents, including AWB, export/import permits and declarations.
• Track cargo movements to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Keep customers and vendors updated on shipment status.
• Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods handling requirements and airfreight regulations.
• Identify and resolve shipment issues or discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement of air export operations and processes.
• Work closely with Customer Service to secure and manage shipment bookings.
• Arrange and schedule timely cargo pickup from customers.

Working Location: Jurong East

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily airfreight export and import operations.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs authorities.
• Prepare and check shipping documents, including Air Waybills (AWB), export/import permits, and declarations.
• Track cargo movements to ensure shipments are delivered on time and accurately.
• Keep customers and vendors updated on shipment status.
• Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods handling requirements and airfreight regulations.
• Identify and resolve shipment issues or discrepancies when they arise.
• Support continuous improvement of air export operations and processes.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to secure and manage shipment bookings.
• Arrange and schedule timely cargo pickup from customers to ensure smooth handling.
