Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an airfreight operator with 1–2 years of experience to handle export and import shipments, coordinate with airlines and brokers, and prepare essential documents.

You will monitor cargo movements, arrange space, and ensure regulatory compliance, including DG and customs procedures, while communicating with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of airfreight operations (export/import).
• Knowledge of airfreight documentation and customs procedures.
• Able to work independently and handle urgent shipments.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and freight management systems.

• Handle day-to-day airfreight export and import operations
• Coordinate with airlines, agents, transporters, and customs
• Prepare documents such as AWB, export/import permits declaration
• Monitor cargo movements and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with customers and vendors on shipment status
• Manage shipment bookings and space arrangements
• Ensure compliance with DG (Dangerous Goods) and airfreight regulations

Requirements:
