• Minimum 1 year experience freight forwarding/ logistics industry

Responsibilities

• Manage daily air freight import and export operations, ensuring smooth and efficient shipment handling.
• Coordinate closely with airlines, freight forwarders, transport providers, and customs authorities to facilitate timely cargo movement.
• Prepare, verify, and process shipping documentation, including Air Waybills (AWB), import/export permits, customs declarations, and related documents.
• Monitor shipment status and cargo movement to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any transit issues promptly.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders by providing accurate shipment updates.
• Ensure compliance with air freight regulations, customs requirements, and Dangerous Goods (DG) handling standards.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, or operational issues to minimize service disruptions.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to coordinate shipment bookings and ensure timely execution.
• Arrange and schedule cargo collection from customers, ensuring efficient pickup and transportation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality within the air freight operations team.

Our Client, is a fast-growing Singapore-based logistics and freight forwarding company specializing in end-to-end supply chain solutions, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position ofOperation Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily air freight import and export operations, ensuring smooth and efficient shipment handling.
