Job summary

Freight Forwarding MNC is seeking a Logistics professional to support daily air and ocean freight operations for import and export. You will prepare documents such as HAWB, MAWB, Bill of Lading, and manifests, and assist with customs declarations and TradeNet submissions.

You will maintain accurate shipment records, coordinate with airlines and customers, monitor status, and handle enquiries in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors or Diploma in Logistics preferred; 1–2 years’ experience required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
• Exposure to Air and Sea Freight operations.
• Familiarity with shipping documents and customs processes.

Job Scope:

• Support daily operations for air and ocean freight shipment (import & export)

• Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g. HAWB, MAWB, Bill of Lading, manifests, pre-alerts)

• Assist with customs declarations and TradeNet submissions

• Perform system data entry and maintain accurate shipment records

• Coordinate with stakeholders such as airlines, shipping lines, forwarders, and customers

• Monitor shipment status and follow up on schedules and bookings

• Assist in handling enquiries, issues, and basic dispute resolution

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics

• Exposure to Air and Sea Freight operation

• Basic knowledge of shipping documents and customs processes

• Familiarity with TradeNet is an advantage

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
