Job summary

A human resource consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional for community management and event coordination. The successful candidate will facilitate audit processes, manage communications, and enhance stakeholder engagement. Work Location - Mapletree Business City
Working Hours - Mon to Fri Office Hours
Contract Duration - 1 year
Monthly Salary - up to $4500 per month

Job Scope
  • Facilitating security and technical clearance for external auditors.
  • Arrange logistics for audit meetings and briefing sessions.
  • Conduct polls via e-mails, collate, analyse and present poll results.
  • Manage replies to audit-related email queries, including collating response into FAQ.
  • Track, verify and process invoices to support the division's financial operations.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned e.g. data entry, form filling, data verification, registration for events etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in community management, event coordination, communications, or program management.
  • Demonstrated interest in or exposure to product management principles, methodologies, and practices
  • Strong communication, content creation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in event logistics and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, communication platforms, and data analysis for tracking programme effectiveness.
