Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure all machines are functioning efficiently.
• Involve in problem solving issues with clients.
• Staff attendance and scheduling.

• Assist in operations as needed.
• Ensure all staff meet job expectations.
• Liaise and coordinate with inter-departments.
• Ensure staff follow SOP processes.
