About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hands‑on OperationsExecutive to manage day‑to‑day field operations, manpower deployment, site performance, and client servicing within our cleaning and facility services contracts.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys working on the ground, solving operational challenges, liaising with clients, and ensuring service excellence.
You will work closely with the Admin & HR Executive on manpower records and with the Managing Director on operational improvements and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

(All responsibilities are strictly operations‑focused to avoid overlap)

1. Site Operations & Service Quality

  • Oversee daily operations across assigned customer sites.
  • Ensure cleaning standards and service requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
  • Respond promptly to operational issues, incidents, and service lapses.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety and operational SOPs.

2. Manpower Deployment & Supervision

  • Plan daily manpower allocation based on site needs and staff availability.
  • Supervise cleaners on the ground, ensuring punctuality and performance.
  • Coordinate replacement staff when there are absences or urgent manpower needs.
  • Work with the Admin & HR Executive to:
  • Communicate attendance or disciplinary issues
  • Support onboarding of new operations staff

(No duplication: Admin/HR handles documentation, leave updates, payroll inputs; Operations Executive manages real‑time deployment and supervision.)

3. Client Servicing & Account Management

  • Serve as the main operations liaison for clients at assigned sites.
  • Address client concerns and follow through on service recovery actions.
  • Build strong relationships to support contract retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide periodic operational updates to clients as required.

    4. Inventory, Equipment & Vendor Coordination

    • Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment at sites.
    • Arrange repairs, replacements, or replenishments when needed.
    • Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing.

    (No overlap: Admin handles procurement paperwork, payments, vendor invoices.)

    5. Operations Reporting & Improvements

    • Prepare site reports, incident logs, and monthly operational summaries.
    • Track productivity, manpower utilisation, and performance trends.
    • Recommend improvements for efficiency, cost control, and service quality.
    Requirements
    • Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Operations, FM, or related field preferred).
    • Experience in cleaning, facilities management, logistics, or operations is advantageous.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
    • Comfortable supervising ground staff and managing multiple locations.
    • Must be willing to travel to different customer sites.
    • Customer‑service oriented, adaptable, and hands‑on.
    • Working hours: Tuesdays to Saturdays 8am‑5pm
