A dynamic facilities services company in Singapore seeks an Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day field operations and manage manpower deployment. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree and experience in cleaning or facilities management. We are seeking a reliable and hands‑on OperationsExecutive to manage day‑to‑day field operations, manpower deployment, site performance, and client servicing within our cleaning and facility services contracts.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys working on the ground, solving operational challenges, liaising with clients, and ensuring service excellence.
You will work closely with the Admin & HR Executive on manpower records and with the Managing Director on operational improvements and customer satisfaction.
(All responsibilities are strictly operations‑focused to avoid overlap)
1. Site Operations & Service Quality

(No duplication: Admin/HR handles documentation, leave updates, payroll inputs; Operations Executive manages real‑time deployment and supervision.)

(No overlap: Admin handles procurement paperwork, payments, vendor invoices.)
