Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is looking for an Operations Assistant to support the Assistant Operations Manager. The role involves monitoring daily courier delivery schedules, compiling operational reports, supervising counter operations, and assisting in various operational tasks. Candidates should preferably hold a valid Class 2B/3 license and be proficient in report preparation. This is an essential role for ensuring smooth logistics operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in preparing clear, accurate and timely reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Operations Manager in monitoring daily courier delivery schedules.
• Support the execution of action plans to meet operational objectives.
• Effectively utilize the system (TMS) for tracking and reporting.
• Compile, prepare, and submit accurate daily/weekly operational reports.
• Monitor all delivery jobs to ensure completion and perform end of day reconciliation.
• Supervise counter operations and distribution activities.
• Track, monitor, and record the distribution activities.
• Support the Duty Controller in day-to-day operational tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
