Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Operations Intern to support the execution of the Company’s investor education programs. This internship offers hands‑on experience in event coordination, program management, and stakeholder engagement within the financial education space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including webinars, seminars, and workshops.
  • Support registration management, attendance tracking, and post‑event feedback collection.
  • Liaise with trainers, speakers, and vendors to ensure smooth event logistics.
  • Help prepare and organize training materials and digital assets.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, documentation, and reporting.
  • Assist in marketing efforts such as email campaigns and social media updates.
  • Respond to participant inquiries and provide customer service support.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
