Formación

• Requires a degree in any field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in logistics and transportation.
• Experience in airport operations is preferred.
• Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute daily operations to meet customer requirements efficiently
• Lead and cover operational duties during manpower shortages to maintain service continuity
• Conduct regular ground area walkthroughs to engage with staff and identify operational issues
• Report ground issues to management promptly, proposing actionable solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with organizational objectives
• Compile and submit attendance records to HR before cut-off dates for timely processing
• Ensure adherence to safety policies across all operational activities
• Compile and submit billing documents accurately to Finance for invoicing
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned to support operational needs

Job Summary

Lead daily operations to meet customer requirements, manage manpower shortages, report ground issues with solutions, ensure compliance with safety and administrative processes, and identify new business opportunities to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily operations to meet customer requirements efficiently
• Lead and cover operational duties during manpower shortages to maintain service continuity
• Conduct regular ground area walkthroughs to engage with staff and identify operational issues
• Report ground issues to management promptly, proposing actionable solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with organizational objectives
• Compile and submit attendance records to HR before cut-off dates for timely processing
• Ensure adherence to safety policies across all operational activities
• Compile and submit billing documents accurately to Finance for invoicing
