Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily freight transportation, logistics, and manpower operations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Coordinate vehicle deployment, transportation schedules, delivery routes, and logistics activities.
• Analyse operational performance, transport costs, manpower utilisation, and resource requirements.
• Work closely with transport supervisors, drivers, and operational teams to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Manage client service requirements, coordinate operational arrangements, and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Prepare operational budgets, cost analysis reports, performance evaluations, and management reports.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to transportation and manpower management processes.
• Coordinate workforce planning, staff deployment, duty schedules, and operational resource allocation.
• Monitor compliance with Singapore transport regulations, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.
• Assist management in developing business strategies, operational expansion plans, and service improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate logistics processes, monitor key performance indicators, and recommend cost-effective operational solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and business partners to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate operational records, service agreements, transport documentation, and performance reports.
• Support management in implementing digital systems, workflow improvements, and operational planning initiatives.
