Job summary

TT ENVIRO PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily service delivery, ensuring efficiency, compliance with MOM and client requirements, and adherence to budget targets across Singapore sites.

You will lead operations staff and coordinate with Finance and HR on manpower and compliance. The role requires at least 5 years in operations, 2 years in supervision, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure services meet schedule and contract specs.
• Manage manpower deployment, rostering and attendance across sites.
• Lead and appraise supervisors and frontline staff in consultation with HR.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, work pass requirements, and safety standards.
• Monitor service quality via site inspections and client feedback; implement corrective actions.
• Manage client relationships, conduct regular reviews and handle contract operations.
• Prepare and manage operational budget; control costs and provide inputs to Finance.
• Oversee procurement and management of equipment, consumables and subcontractors.
• Prepare regular operational reports and performance updates for senior management.

Job description

The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Company’s services, ensuring that operations run efficiently, comply with statutory and client requirements, and meet agreed quality and cost targets. The role manages operational staff and supervisors, and works closely with Finance and HR on manpower, budgeting and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure services are delivered on schedule and to contract specifications.
• Manage manpower deployment, rostering and attendance, and ensure adequate coverage across all sites.
• Lead, train and appraise supervisors and frontline staff, and handle staff performance and disciplinary matters in consultation with HR.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, work pass requirements, workplace safety and health standards, and relevant licensing conditions.
• Monitor service quality through site inspections, audits and client feedback, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage client relationships, including regular reviews, complaint handling and contract-related operational matters.
• Prepare and manage the operational budget, control costs, and provide timely inputs to Finance on manpower costs, overtime, claims and supplier payments.
• Oversee procurement and management of equipment, consumables and subcontractors.
• Prepare regular operational reports and performance updates for senior management.
