Job summary

Ant Group is seeking an experienced Operations Business Process Manager for ANEXT to ensure timely business operations and high-quality performance across units. • Support metrics related to Customer Experience using Excel/Access/PowerPoint; communicate findings
• Develop SOPs, workflows, metrics, and reports to maximize productivity
• Identify digitization and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Prepare KPI, ROI, and other performance metrics for transformation initiatives
• Create communication plans and materials for diverse stakeholders
