Job summary

Nextbeat Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive internal process improvements across sales, engineering, production and procurement.

You will own the improvement agenda, identify bottlenecks, build cases and deliver end-to-end fixes with clear cost, benefit, and KPI impacts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in manufacturing/industrial setting with 5+ years leading cross-functional improvement at manager level or above.
• Proven in-house operational improvement (process streamlining, cost reduction, Lean, automation).
• Hands-on experience improving workflows across multiple functions (sales, engineering, production, procurement).
• Ability to link improvements to business metrics (cost, margin, productivity, lead time, KPIs).
• Ability to lead and influence senior department heads, including long-tenured teams.
• Eligible to work in Singapore without employer work pass sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the company's internal improvement agenda across sales, engineering, production and procurement.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste and cost-reduction opportunities and design end-to-end fixes.
• Prepare feasibility studies and improvement proposals with clear cost, benefit, timeline and KPI impact.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives including budgeting, scheduling, vendor selection and contracts as needed.
• Drive process streamlining, Lean, automation, digitalisation and new processes or equipment.
• Lead change and new product development across departments and drive adoption with leaders.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to the Managing Director.
