Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore invites applications for an Operations Project Management & Transformation Support role. You will drive digital transformation, document requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and implement automation to improve efficiency and customer experience.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, VBA, Power BI, Python, and project tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; strong analytical capability and organizational skills.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow design, and automation is beneficial.
• Knowledge of SCRUM/Agile or other project management methodologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives across the department to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; design, develop, test, and implement system enhancements and automation solutions.
• Coordinate and manage project activities with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery within timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), change management activities, and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
