Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of professional experience in operations, banking/fintech preferred.
• 5+ years in project management, operations, and digital transformation in financial services.
• Ability to think creatively, handle ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and professional demeanor.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of timely business operations and high quality performance.
• Partner with stakeholders across units to identify issues and drive execution excellence.
• Support metrics relating to Customer Experience with strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, metrics, and reports to maximize productivity.
• Identify opportunities for digitization and automation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare project/change performance metrics including KPIs and ROI.
• Create effective communication plans for diverse stakeholders.
