Job summary
Ant Group seeks an AML Operations Leader to own and optimize the operating model across APAC, driving efficient EDD, TM and screening workflows while strengthening regulatory compliance. You will partner with Compliance, Risk, Technology, Legal, and business teams to implement data governance standards and KPI-driven improvement.
The role requires leadership experience, strong English proficiency, and Mandarin coordination with internal stakeholders; familiarity with AML systems and data tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field; professional certifications preferred.
- 5+ years in AML/Compliance Operations, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of APAC AML regulatory frameworks and local implementations.
Responsibilities
- Own execution and improvement of the AML operating model across APAC.
- Drive standardized, efficient delivery of EDD, TM, and Screening.
- Lead data governance to improve data quality and regulatory reporting.
- Drive process re-engineering, automation adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build AML quality controls with audits, KPIs, and issue tracking.
- Monitor regulatory developments and lead internal process changes and training.
