Job summary

You will handle sales orders, pricing, samples, and quotations while monitoring production work orders and invoicing processes.

The role covers material planning, inventory management, vendor liaison, and forecasting to optimise supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1–2 years in operations or supply chain (PA) and 3–5 years (Senior PA) experience.
• Fluent English; able to speak and write confidently; Mandarin helpful.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Independent, proactive with strong customer service orientation.
• Experience in printing/packaging is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in MRP and SAP systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by identifying and assessing needs.
• Timely fulfilment of orders and communicating schedule revisions.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly; prepare reports and proposals as required.
• Acknowledge and process sales orders; coordinate with departments to fulfil orders.
• Prepare samples, price estimates and quotations within customer expectations and timeframes.
• Create work orders for production and replacement if needed; ensure prompt invoicing and assist in overdue collections.
• Plan and raise purchase requisitions to ensure material availability while minimizing costs.
• Manage inventory for raw materials, WIP and finished goods; forecast material needs.
• Ensure vendor performance and pricing; develop reliable supplier relationships.
• Identify and implement improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and update key functional metrics; guide Program Administrators (for Senior PA).
