The role covers customer relationship management, order processing, material planning and vendor coordination, with emphasis on accurate MCC, timely scheduling, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration or related field.
• 1–2 years in operations/supply chain; 3–5 years for Senior PA.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills.
• Experience in printing/packaging industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of MRP and SAP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding needs.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of orders and communicate schedule changes.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Prepare reports and proposals for customers.
