Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales & Logistics Coordinator (Customer Success) to manage end-to-end order processing, delivery coordination and invoicing. You will work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Production, Transport and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and a positive customer experience.

You will collaborate across Singapore and Johor to support cross-border orders and logistics, while maintaining accurate CRM/ERP data and driving timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, logistics or customer success.
• Experience supporting key accounts would be an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction materials or distribution is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Singapore logistics environment is preferred.
• Malaysia–Singapore cross-border logistics experience would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP and/or CRM systems.
• Good understanding of delivery and order documentation.
• Familiarity with e-invoicing would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support.
• Prepare quotations, order acknowledgements and process customer orders.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate order or delivery changes to customers.
• Generate delivery orders and coordinate with transport providers for Singapore deliveries.
• Prepare invoices, including e-invoicing where applicable.
• Liaise with warehouse and production teams on order readiness and delivery arrangements.
• Track delivery status, PODs and follow up on any delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales order and delivery information in CRM/ERP systems.
• Follow up on customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved within the required timeline.
• Support Business Development Managers with customer and account follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the Johor team for cross-border orders and logistics where required.
• Identify potential service or logistics issues and expedite them promptly.
