JAC Recruitment is partnering with a leading global container shipping company to hire a Revenue & Operations Executive in Singapore. You will support contract administration, billing, reconciliation, and customer account management while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic shipping environment.

You will handle invoicing, prepare reconciliation statements, analyze data for discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Shipping, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Training provided; shipping experience not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

About the role:

We are partnering with a leading global container shipping company to hire a Revenue & Operations Executive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support contract administration, billing, reconciliation, and customer account management activities while working closely with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic shipping environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contract and billing information in internal systems to ensure accurate invoicing and compliance with agreed commercial terms.
• Prepare, review, and issue reconciliation statements and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to customers.
• Analyze operational and transactional data, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries relating to billing, reconciliation, and account-related matters, providing timely and professional support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support day-to-day commercial operations and ensure smooth execution of contractual and billing processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• Open to candidates with or without prior shipping experience. Training will be provided
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous, with the ability to identify discrepancies, solve problems, and manage data accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
