Job summary

JAC Recruitment is partnering with a leading global container shipping company to hire a Revenue & Operations Executive in Singapore. You will support contract administration, billing, reconciliation, and customer account management while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic shipping environment.

You will handle invoicing, prepare reconciliation statements, analyze data for discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Shipping, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Training provided; shipping experience not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract and billing information in internal systems to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Prepare, review, and issue reconciliation statements and invoices.
• Analyze operational and transactional data to resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support day-to-day operations.
