Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a logistics coordinator onsite at our client's premises in Singapore. You will prepare ocean freight forwarding documents, coordinate on-site operations, and ensure timely data updates for full visibility of job status.

The role involves ASN updates, permit declarations and import documentation with carriers and co-loaders, collaborating with departments and partners to deliver smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of ocean freight operations - import.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Ocean Freight forwarding documents.
• Provide on-site support and coordination for the client's logistics operations.
• Ensure database are updated timely and effectively for complete visibility on job status and reporting.
• Effectively update advanced shipping notice (ASN) to ensure customer is notified timely on when shipping occurs so customer can be prepared to accept delivery.
• Responsible for permit declarations and clearance delivery required
• Responsible for Import documentation formalities with Carriers & Co-loaders.
• Collaborate with relevant departments, partners and agents to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.
• Provide support in air freight coordination when required to.

Note:

The role will be based onsite at our client's premises at Pandan Avenue.

The working hours are at 7.45am to 4.45pm on Monday to Friday (5 days' work week)

Successful candidate will be placed on a contractual scheme of employment at the point of commencement with the possibility of a conversion and emplacement to a permanent scheme of employment later on.
