Job summary

LX Pantos Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator (Air Freight Import/Export) to join our team at Changi Airfreight Centre. This full-time role focuses on coordinating daily air export shipments from booking to final departure and handling import/export workflow.

You will prepare shipping documents, liaise with airlines and ground handlers, monitor statuses to ensure on-time departures, and respond to customer inquiries while maintaining service KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of freight forwarding experience.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifts including Sundays/Public Holidays.

About the role

This is a full-time Operations Coordinator (Air Freight Import/Export) role with LX Pantos Singapore Pte Ltd, located in the Changi Airport East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating the import and export of air freight shipments, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to customers.

What you'll be doing

Air Export Operations

• Coordinate daily air export shipments from booking to final departure.

• Arrange cargo collection, consolidation, palletization and warehouse handling activities.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists and export permits.

• Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, transport providers, customers and overseas offices.

• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time departure according to customer requirements.

• Handle shipment irregularities and provide timely updates to customers.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment schedules, documentation and status updates.

• Ensure customer requirements and KPIs are met.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
