Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Coordinator (Air Freight Export) to manage end-to-end air export shipments from booking to departure, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth execution.

You will coordinate with airlines, warehouses, vendors, and overseas offices; monitor progress; handle exceptions; and support customer enquiries with rotating shifts including weekends. Based in Singapore's East near Changi Airport, this role offers hands-on logistics exposure and opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in air freight forwarding or export operations.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Comfortable working in the Changi Airfreight Centre.
