Express Global Singapore, part of Fratelli Cosulich Group, seeks an Operations Coordinator to join our logistics team. You will oversee daily freight forwarding activities for air and sea freight, coordinate with carriers, and ensure timely shipments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in freight forwarding, strong knowledge of shipping processes, and excellent customer service with English proficiency. Reporting to the Operations Manager/Directors, you will thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Full proficiency in English and eligibility to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily freight forwarding operations across air and sea.
• Coordinate cross-shipments and Batam trade routes with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
• Prepare bookings and shipping documents (BLs, customs declarations).
• Monitor shipment status and provide proactive client updates on delivery timelines.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist in optimizing processes for higher efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The selected candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager / Directors of the Branch.

• Handle cross-shipments arrangements, with a specialized focus on ex/to Batam trade routes.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely shipment of goods.
• Prepare and process bookings and shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs declarations.
• Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to clients regarding delivery timelines.
• Resolve operational issues and discrepancies efficiently to minimize delays.

• Must possess valid work rights to work in Singapore.
