Job summary

WULINK SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Operations Centre Associate to support day-to-day facility operations and maintain continuous 2-person coverage. The role focuses on site communications, incident escalation, and adherence to safety procedures.

You will monitor operations, coordinate shift handovers, keep accurate logs and reports, and collaborate with management, security and emergency teams to ensure smooth operations and rapid response to incidents.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in an operations centre or control room.
• Ability to coordinate 2-person shift coverage and handovers.
• Strong logging, reporting and record-keeping skills.
• Follows site safety, security and confidentiality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous Operations Centre monitoring and coordination.
• Manage operational communications and elevate incidents when required.
• Conduct roster and shift handovers effectively.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, reports and records.
• Respond to operational incidents in accordance with site procedures.
• Coordinate with the Client's management, security and emergency response teams.
• Comply with all site safety, security, confidentiality and operational procedures.
