Job summary

111 WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Support professional to assist daily site activities and help ensure smooth, compliant operations across client sites.

The role requires coordinating with staff, vendors, and contractors; conducting basic audits, inventory checks, and safety inspections; and supporting service delivery while adapting to rotating shifts and multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to rotate shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work at different locations based on needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site/Operations Manager with daily operational activities
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Support compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational requirements
• Act as a liaison between staff, clients, vendors, and service providers
• Conduct basic operational checks, including inventory, cleanliness, and safety inspections
• Assist with audits such as cash handling, stock control, and documentation checks
• Coordinate operational processes and service activities
• Monitor site standards, staff grooming, and customer service quality
• Work with contractors and suppliers to support site operations
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager
