Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an Assistant Operations Centre Engineer to monitor and support IT and network infrastructure within the operations centre. You will proactively identify faults, coordinate incident response and help maintain service availability.

You will work closely with technical teams, perform routine maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, and you should be comfortable with 12-hour shift patterns,

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring IT and network infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts including weekends/Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform monitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operation events.
• Monitor various alarm alerts and coordinate incident response.
• Act as MAC first responder for system defects.
• Inbound/outbound calls or group chat for defects coordination and updating logs.
• Update PM/CM logs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
