Job summary

ANTER RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a mission-critical data centre facility in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring 24/7 availability, reliability, safety and operational performance.

You will lead site operations teams, manage critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure, oversee maintenance, incidents and vendors, and ensure compliance with standards and customer SLAs.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or a related technical discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing technical teams, shift personnel, vendors and maintenance contractors.
• Experience operating live data centre or mission-critical environments and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day 24/7 operations of the data centre, ensuring availability and compliance with SLAs.
• Manage critical facility infrastructure including electrical systems, UPS, generators, power distribution and cooling.
• Lead and develop facilities engineers, operations engineers, technicians and shift personnel.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across critical infrastructure.
• Manage incidents, alarms, changes, and root-cause analysis within live data centre environments.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, MOPs, EOPs and risk assessments.
